Yesterday, I could hear Fox playing in Sloane's room. Camaron went to check on him first. He quickly told me I needed to see this...
Fox was just sitting on the rug quietly. I asked him what he was doing.
"Oh, just sitting on nothing," He quickly informed me.
Haha what a suspicious response. As soon as he said that, I noticed the huge bump under the rug, right where Fox was sitting. This was about the same time a little toy train whistle went off, slightly muffled from being under the rug. Haha this kid!
Fox has just been extra entertaining lately. His imagination is growing more and more each day and it's been so fun getting to hear his stories and play games with him. The other day, he came up to Camaron and said he wanted to play red Flash and yellow Flash (he's really into superheroes these days). Camaron asked "how do we play that?" To which Fox responded, "We just run around real fast." Duh. Haha, typical Flash.
Camaron showed Fox a fun playlist on Youtube called "Cat Fails" last week, and it has quickly become our go-to whenever Fox is in a bad mood. He loves it and always laughs out loud whenever a cat falls in a bathtub or get knocked down by a baby. He often gives commentary as he watches. "What's gonna happen? What's gonna happeeeeeeeeen???"
Fox has also been getting more into music these days. I often hear him just singing to himself in his room. He'll sing along with the radio or with the hymns at church, too. He's only three, so it can be difficult sometimes to know exactly what song he's singing. Especially if it's a song he learned in preschool that I don't know. This is what I figured was going on last week when he kept singing a mystery song to me that I couldn't figure out. I could tell it was frustrating him that neither Camaron or I knew the song he was sharing with us.
"Hey mom, can you put on nuddabiseduss?"
"nuddabiseduss (mumble, mumble, mumble, mumble) Hey! Nuddabiseduss!"
Somehow, Camaron finally figured it out one day. "Fox, do you want to listen to Another One Bites the Dust??" Haha, of course! The kid loves Queen.
